The location can't be beat, since it's close to all you will need and all within a beautiful walk. Stores for groceries, liquor, fast food, restaurants, coffee, also coffee stop in the main lobby.
From the very comfortable furnishings to the little added touches of beach chairs, boogie board, snorkle fins, cooler, etc... to the main reason we came back... THE VIEWS!!!!
If I return to Maui, Jim and Patti and gomahana will be the first place I look for a place to stay.
It's only a few blocks to the Hanoapiilani Highway to take you north to Napili ir Kapalua or south to Lahaina.
The resort is very beautiful, grounds kept magnificent. Ample parking and beach chairs available.

I'm a picture taker and the view changes hourly, meaning ocean colors, clouds, creatures (whales, turtles, birds), boats, island colors as the sun rises and sets... and that gorgeous Maui sunset from the 7th floor lanai.

Well, we were able to make it back in early Feb 2016 and we looked no where else except to contact Jim and Patti and their Mahana condo #713!!
Bottom line, the condo, the Mahana grounds are clean and beautiful, easy access to Kaanapali beach and beach walk make this condo choice a no brainer. Again, if we are ever back to Maui, we will be back to the GoMahana condo for sure!!!!

Amazing condo for a great price. The condo is exactly as the pictures make it appear. I was absolutely stunned when I walked through the door. The view is amazing. Jim and Patti were so easy to work with. He answered my emails immediately and called me when I had more questions. They have the unit furnished beautifully and equipped with so many extras, full kitchen including utensils, pots, pans and pitchers. Nightlights throughout and multi outlet plugs. Coolers, beach chairs boogie boards, beach towels, paper products - paper towels and toilet tissue - to last the week.
Gorgeous view right on the beach. We've already booked a month next year.

We were also fortunate to have our stay during a full moon. We never shut the window blind and the moon shining on the ocean was so bright it woke me up at 430 one morning! It was beautiful.
