Really excellent! Did appetizers only to sample better variety. First was ahi tartar with tarot chips. Light tender ahi with the hint of a moroccan spice. The escargot was superb with a light french bread cap and a soft garlic butter base. The Foie Gras was wonderful served on a french toast crouton. All great. The chocolate mousse was dense but creamy. John was a very pleasant waiter who knew the food well.
I have never in my life had a piece of beef worth eating from a restaurant. That changed tonight, the beef filet was superb. The food was all around glorious. The service was top notch. I would recommend this to everyone. This is the best food I have had in Oahu and/or Maui.

Amazing food and service. Came to celebrate my birthday, and was not disappointed. The escargot was delicious, as was the snapper.
the decoration and formalities make Gerard's seem very upper-class but food wise very average.
The service was okay. The gentleman asked us if we wanted bread and butter but never delivered it to us...
we ordered the foie gras and the lobster bisque which was delicious however everything else was too salty and not nice.

No green vegetables, smushed instead. Too much salt. Really bad service and very slow. I wasn’t impressed at all. For celebrating our birthday he give us one profiteroles after spending over 200$ on food there... it’s insulting better to give nothing instead of laughing at people.
