This place definitely knows how to make classic and original cocktails. The food was also great. All four of us enjoyed our meals. $25 corkage fee; ouch -1 star. Free corkage if you buy a bottle from their extensive but over priced wine list.
The wife and I got in late tonight after traveling all day. I called the restaurant to see if they were still open around 9:45. They said they had a bar menu still open and I could order off that. I asked him what was on it and he tried to tell me, then urged me to come down and order in the restaurant. After assuring me it would take 10 min to make something, I came down to the restaurant. I walk in 5 min after 10 and asked about food. The girl then told me they had closed the kitchen already for the night and I couldn’t get anything to eat. So I guess my question is why would you tell me one thing on the phone and 10 min later screw me and my wife out of food? Why would you tell me to come down and then close your kitchen knowing that I was coming down? Your website and your menu say you serve till 11pm. We are tired and hungry and with no food in our room we have to go to bed hungry. Have the decency to actually tell me the truth and help me out. First day of my honeymoon and I’m getting screwed over by your staff. Needless to say we probably won’t try to eat here while we are staying at the resort. Thanks for the terrible first impression.
We tried them when they first opened and loved it. With most maui restaurants that's the case then they go down hill quickly. Not here. Staff is still great, food is still great. This place is a little higher price but nothing crazy. It's really nice to have a great restaurant right down the street.
I love this spot! Gluten free options (including penne pasta). My family was in town for the week and we ended up eating here twice! It’s that good. Super friendly service too. And if you bring your receipt with you when you go back to eat a second time, they’ll give you 15% off.
Came in after a long day of traveling and wow.... Just wow.... From the wine to the fine dining. It is incredible. My wife had the house lasagna and I had the lamb pasta..... We will definitely come back for those dishes again!!!!
